Baar is an urban  community and part of the medium-sized agglomeration and is located in the tax-favourable canton of Zug.  The centres with the quickest access by motorised private transport are Zug (9 minutes) and Lucerne (24 minutes). Public transport is the fastest way to reach Zug (8 min.), Zurich (34 min.) and Lucerne (40 min.).

From the "ALPHA" you can quickly reach the bus stop ("city limit" two minutes by foot), the train stops ("Neufeld" 5 minutes or "Lindenpark" 3 minutes by foot) and the motorway (two minutes).

In the direct vicinity there are various service providers. For example two petrol stations, several restaurants and various shopping facilities. A day care centre for children is also located in the immediate vicinity.

A Häusler Group project

The Häusler Group has been active in the canton of Zug for 45 years now.

It was founded by Heinz Häusler and is now managed in the second generation by Stephan Häusler.

The Alpha Building will remain in the family portfolio after completion.
The Häusler Group is thus realizing its long-cherished wish for its own representative office building, which will become the new headquarters after completion.
